Now that I have the biometrics date...I've just been thinking...is this a good sign that I may not get an RFE?? Or could that still be coming??

There is no telling. Some people in this thread got their RFE after the biometrics. Let's just hope that it won't come.

I'm in NYC, too. Did you go to the office near all the federal triangle downtown? Is it better to wait and do walk-in when you have the letter, or do you think we could go beforehand, with just passport and NOA's?

Thanks!

Yes the office is located at 201 varick street, new york. I did early walk-in and didn't have any problem. I did it because I wanted to speed up the process for my EAD card. I don't see any harm doing it early. But it's up to you. If you don't feel comfortable doing it early, don't do it. Yes, I went with just my passport and the appt letter. Good luck! :)

Congrats to recent checks cashed, NOA1s, and biometric notices!

We received the RFE letter in the mail today. It is for a copy of my husband's BC. I guess they lost the one we sent the first time...at least it is not for the I-693 (phew!)!
