Hi everyone,

I just checked our status and we got touch today for all three applications. I'm scared it's an RFE...is that possible to get one this early? :unsure:

We did too all 3 applications touched. I was worried about RFE, but considering it was all 3 cases not likely. Also, another person here MARM I think got an RFE email today, so I imagine if it were RFE we would have been notified. Good luck!

My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

Yes, if it is an RFE, you will get a text message and email notification (if you signed up for them) as well as a status change on the USCIS website.

Visa Journey completed, but we are still here to provide support! :)

Maybe they are sending our biometrics notice!

All of my three applications are updated today. I guess they were touched after I had completed my biometrics on 1/26/10. But the processing stage didn't change at all. Still "Acceptance" for I-485, "Initial Review" for I-130 and I-765. Hope I don't get a RFE. The waiting begins.....

1/10/2010 - Received receipt confirmation

1/19/2010 - Received NOA for all three (dated 1/13/2010)

1/25/2010 - Received biometric letter (appt for 2/8/2010)

1/26/2010 - Completed biometric via early walk-in (New York City office)

1/28/2010 - Touched all three

3/6/2010 - Received NOA for interview (dated 3/1/2010)

3/9/2010 - Received an email update for EAD card in production (dated 3/8/2010)

4/7/2010 - Interview scheduled (New York City office)

My I-485 still says "Acceptance" too and all 3 applications haven't been touched/updated since 01/12 but I already have my biometrics appointment letter. Hopefully it'll be updated after I'm done with the biometrics on Wednesday. :)

We got our receipt notice yesterday and the cheque still has not been cashed? Is this a good or bad thing? :(

Don't worry! ^_^ The notice date on ours was 01/11 but our check wasn't cashed until the day after.

What's the notice date on yours? (I'll update it on the Spreadsheet)

Still waiting for the NOAs (mail hasn't come today yet), but the case numbers are in the electronic system. I entered in the case number on the back of my check and changed the last zero to find the case numbers. Nothing the first day or yesterday, but today I did it and they were all there! I don't know if it's always the same, but for us, the case numbers were:

xxxxxxxxxxxx3 - I485 AOS

xxxxxxxxxxxx5 - 1130 petition for spouse

xxxxxxxxxxxx6 - I765 EAD

I was able to sign up for the email and text notifications with those. Still hoping the NOAs come today!

AOS (from tourist w/overstay)

1/26/10 - NOA

5/04/10 - interview appt - approved

ROC

2/06/12 - NOA date

7/31/12 - card production ordered

N-400

2/08/13 - NOA date

3/05/13 - biometrics appt

6/18/13 - interview - passed!

7/18/13 - oath ceremony

The longest wait ever, I must say! :-)

I filed i-130,i-485,EAD and AP concurrently.

25 Jan 2010 - sent application packet via UPS overnight

26 Jan 2010 - application received by CHIBA - receptionist

How soon should I expect our receipt notices?

And I made a typographical error in the request for e-notification form - - I erroneously combined my mobile number with my husband's. Only noticed it after I reviewed the copy of the documents I sent. I'm wondering if there's a way I could correct this???? They will see the correct mobile number on the cover letter and forms.

25 January 2010: Concurrent filing of I-130, I-485, EAD and AP - sent via UPS overnight delivery to Chicago Lockbox

26 January 2010: Received by receptionist CHIBA at 8:30 AM/Received date on NOA

02 February 2010: Checked cashed/Notice date

05 February 2010: Received NOA's for I-130,I-485,I-131,I-130

13 February 2010: Received ASC Appointment Notice for Biometrics.

17 February 2010: Date of RFE for Federal Tax 1040/Received Text & Email confirmation

19 February 2010: Received RFE in mail

22 February 2010: Mailed Response to RFE via USPS Express mail

24 February 2010: Package delivered and received at Lee's Summit office

26 February 2010: Biometrics DONE/RFE Received-case processing resumed

17 March 2010: Email approval notifications - EAD & AP.

22 March 2010: Received AP by mail. Received interview schedule notice for 22 April.

22 April 2010: Greencard Approved :)

Removal of Conditions

24 January 2012: Sent I-751 petition via USPS Overnight

25 January 2012: Delivered at CSC, Receipt Date NOA1

27 January 2012: Checked cashed

30 January 2012: Received NOA in mail.

06 February 2012: Received Biometrics notice (dated 03 Feb)

02 March 2012: Biometrics appointment.

Do I have to wait for the NOA hard copies before trying to check my status online? I have my receipt number.... Not sure how the online status check works...\

02/06/2010- Biometrics Appointment, 16th Feb at 2:00pm .... Also happens to be my 21st Birthday!!

02/07/2010- Sent in Medical to Chicago office

02/09/2010- Got a RFE for medical.....Sent reply letter 2 days earlier due to forgetting to include vaccination data.

02/10/2010- Sent a 2nd copy of medical to MO office.

02/16/2010- 21st birthday, Biometrics done, and a letter saying my case is on "hold" from the 7th of Feb, in a email...

02/17/2010- Touch

02/23/2010- Letter to congressman

02/24/2010- RFE Received and processing resumed.

02/25/2010- Case transferred to CSC

03/24/2010- Work permit printed

03/28/2010- Work permit received (After writing to the congressman...Again...)

07/01/2010- Call to Senator about Green card, Call to USCIS, Nothing... Told to wait another 2 months and then possibly another 4 months.

07/01/2010- Touch on I-485/Green card...

07/02/2010- Second touch on I-485/Green card, No notifications....

07/07/2010- Told at info pass that my application is being sent to west palm from CSC

07/10/2010- Touch I-485

There is something weird about my MSC nr for AOS.I got a number ending in 4 on the back of the checks and I have been trying to check that nr online but the case didn't appear and today when I got the NOA I saw that my receipt nr for AOS is ending in 5.Did that happened to any of you or is just me?
