My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

We received an RFE (Initial evidence) notice via email and text today...hope that it's not the dreaded medical :(

My check was cash on 1/25 but I still haven't received my NOA text, email or hardcopy (yes I submitted the text/email form too) and it doesn't appear online...I called USCIS today and gave them the MSC number on the back of the check (got it from my bank's website) and they said there was no record of it, and to wait 30 days from the day I sent it to follow up...any thoughts?

We had the same experience. Almost a week after paperwork confirmed delivered in Chicago, we finally got the text and email notification. Give it a couple more days--it should be there soon.

Online cheating and I am so sick of it. He been cheating on me before I even came here. He is kicking me out in the house ( which he always do since Sept.) and will send me back to my country immediately like a piece of ######. I never thought about it I discovered it by accident only as I saw it on his bank account history.

I had few from online cheating but I dont have physical evidence yet. Thats what I am looking for. Last Nov. he threatened to divorce me and send me back in my country. Now, he wanted me to get out of the house ( aside from sending me in my country look for a flight) and find some place else like Im not a wife. Im deprived of any rights. I wanted to open up to one of his friends here(Males) but I am not sure if they will believe me they knew me for few months they been friends to hubby for 10yrs. :whistle: My appointment is on Mon. I will still go then maybe for my interview I will open up to immigration. Come what may...

01/08/2010- Mailed in AOS

01/13/2010- AOS received and sent back due to missing signature

01/22/2010- AOS arrives back at my house, signed, sent off again

01/27/2010- Receipt number given, huzzahhh! NOA1

01/29/2010- Money taken out :'(

02/02/2010- Touch

02/06/2010- Biometrics Appointment, 16th Feb at 2:00pm .... Also happens to be my 21st Birthday!!

02/07/2010- Sent in Medical to Chicago office

02/09/2010- Got a RFE for medical.....Sent reply letter 2 days earlier due to forgetting to include vaccination data.

02/10/2010- Sent a 2nd copy of medical to MO office.

02/16/2010- 21st birthday, Biometrics done, and a letter saying my case is on "hold" from the 7th of Feb, in a email...

02/17/2010- Touch

02/23/2010- Letter to congressman

02/24/2010- RFE Received and processing resumed.

02/25/2010- Case transferred to CSC

03/24/2010- Work permit printed

03/28/2010- Work permit received (After writing to the congressman...Again...)

07/01/2010- Call to Senator about Green card, Call to USCIS, Nothing... Told to wait another 2 months and then possibly another 4 months.

07/01/2010- Touch on I-485/Green card...

07/02/2010- Second touch on I-485/Green card, No notifications....

07/07/2010- Told at info pass that my application is being sent to west palm from CSC
