Yeah but i wonder why i didn't get it with the biometrics schedule since the envelope of Bio appointment dated Jan. 22 also. :(

Just got another update email for my EAD - it went (back) to "Post-Decision Activity" from "Document Production" - pfft: Post-Decision Activity On March 15, 2010, we mailed you a notice that

My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

In the meantime, try not to worry. Just sit tight and wait for the notice to come in the mail then deal with it once it does. *HUGS* They'll give you enough time to respond.

So I look at my case online and on Jan. 22 they sent me an RFE! Now i can't wait to see what could it be! Maybe the medical examination? If that is the case then it sucks! Now I'm waiting for the mail.......

Just relax, victorious. Nik+Heather posted the other day that they were given an RFE for the wrong reason and they fixed it.

You still don't know what the RFE is for specifically.

So what have you all been doing while you're out of work and waiting for the AOS/EAD/AP? I think browsing VJ has become a pasttime...haha. Oh, and my hubby and I finally got around to registering my car. Now I need to get my driver's license.

01/08/13 - Biometrics!

04/02/13 - Interview! Passed!

May 2013 - Oath Ceremony!

Thats good! I wish our SSO here isn't so strict on getting one probably I mastered driving already! To bad they need working permit before they give me one.

Well just VJ, chatting with family and friends and other sites as well like facebook, friendster and what ever online game! as well as Gizmodo site. Oh yeah talking about Gizmodo! Apple just launch their very new product the IPAD! I would love to have one. Its crazy how high tech we are now. Opps probably we need to post a new thread for this? lol

Just for those who`s wondering about walk-in biometrics: had mine done today with no problem (apointment date: 05 Feb/USCIS Bellflower, CA) :thumbs:

i got there at 1 p.m. and there were only 2 people in front of me. was done in about 20 min. :thumbs:

Now please EAD come to my mail box! :yes: :yes: :yes:

Well, since I'm on "extended vacation", I'm going with hubby down to Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, where he is giving a talk. I suppose I should enjoy while I can. Once I am able to work I won't get many days like this! :thumbs:

Update: My check was cashed yesterday, 8 days from the day I mailed it. I must say I'm impressed at the speed they took my money. ;) I hope the rest of the process will be as fast.

01/19/10 - FILED I-485 AND I-765

01/27/10 - Check Cashed

02/01/10 - NOAs Received, Dated 01/26/10

02/05/10 - Biometrics Appointment Received, Dated 1/28/10.

02/16/10 - Biometrics Done on Schedule
