I think I am moving in to the Feb filers... Sadly they don't seem to be moving on to my case very quickly... :(

12/31/2009 - Married

01/08/2010- Mailed in AOS

01/13/2010- AOS received and sent back due to missing signature

01/22/2010- AOS arrives back at my house, signed, sent off again

01/27/2010- Receipt number given, huzzahhh! NOA1

01/29/2010- Money taken out :'(

02/02/2010- Touch

02/06/2010- Biometrics Appointment, 16th Feb at 2:00pm .... Also happens to be my 21st Birthday!!

02/07/2010- Sent in Medical to Chicago office

02/09/2010- Got a RFE for medical.....Sent reply letter 2 days earlier due to forgetting to include vaccination data.

02/10/2010- Sent a 2nd copy of medical to MO office.

02/16/2010- 21st birthday, Biometrics done, and a letter saying my case is on "hold" from the 7th of Feb, in a email...

02/17/2010- Touch

02/23/2010- Letter to congressman

02/24/2010- RFE Received and processing resumed.

02/25/2010- Case transferred to CSC

03/24/2010- Work permit printed

03/28/2010- Work permit received (After writing to the congressman...Again...)

07/01/2010- Call to Senator about Green card, Call to USCIS, Nothing... Told to wait another 2 months and then possibly another 4 months.

07/01/2010- Touch on I-485/Green card...

07/02/2010- Second touch on I-485/Green card, No notifications....

07/07/2010- Told at info pass that my application is being sent to west palm from CSC

07/10/2010- Touch I-485

There are two more business days before January ends. They received my case on Monday last week. I found out my case numbers through three e-mails on Friday and the NOAs in the mailbox this Monday.

Stay optimistic.

I've actually stopped checking the USCIS website since I got my biometrics appointment letter - my I-485 still shows up as being in the "Acceptance" stage (it should be at the "Initial Review" stage since my biometrics appt. has already been scheduled). @_@ I'm making a point to check only once a day AT MOST or maybe even once a week if I can help it.

Same here! On the website, my I-485 is still on the acceptance stage and hasn't been touched since 1/19/2010 (when I signed up for the email update) even though I completed my fingerprints and biometrics.

1/10/2010 - Received receipt confirmation

1/19/2010 - Received NOA for all three (dated 1/13/2010)

1/25/2010 - Received biometric letter (appt for 2/8/2010)

1/26/2010 - Completed biometric via early walk-in (New York City office)

1/28/2010 - Touched all three

3/6/2010 - Received NOA for interview (dated 3/1/2010)

3/9/2010 - Received an email update for EAD card in production (dated 3/8/2010)

4/7/2010 - Interview scheduled (New York City office)

Yeah me too. It is driving me crazy checking all the time knowing that it probably won't change anyways. I am only looking once in the morning and once in the afternoon now. At least I know that others are in a similar position. Seems like it should be a requirement that the adjudicators scan the barcode everytime they work on our files. It would certainly increase accountability.

Just as I posted that I got a receipt number text to me...YAYY I AM A JANUARY FILER AFTER ALL!! Happy, happy happy! I was actually screaming and bouncing so much my husband thought I had won the lottery... :) It was the next best thing!

I see this in your signature " 2010-01-14: I-797C ASC Appointment Notice Date; hard copy received 2010-01-25". So you got an email notification then about your Biometrics on 01/14 and the actual appointment letter on the 25th?

haha, I remember sending my husband and I messaging back and forth the day we got our check cashed and then got the NOA hard copies...we were so excited!!! Then he came home from work and saw all 3 notices - he thought I only got 1 notice for 1 of the applications - not all 3. He was so happy!!!

Hi! Nope, no email notification. The 01/14 date is just the "Notice Date" that was on the actual appointment letter. We received the letter in the mail on 01/25 (it was postmarked 01/21).

Hopefully they'll start doing that soon! I actually thought they would start updating real-time now that the website has been redesigned and "upgraded" :(

I'm not sure either - we can't really rely on the USCIS email notification system because it seems that many adjudicators don't do regular online updates even if they're actually working on the cases. :( The best we can do is just be patient until we receive the actual letters/notices in the mail.

So I look at my case online and on Jan. 22 they sent me an RFE! Now i can't wait to see what could it be! Maybe the medical examination? If that is the case then it sucks! Now I'm waiting for the mail.......
