Online cheating and I am so sick of it. He been cheating on me before I even came here. He is kicking me out in the house ( which he always do since Sept.) and will send me back to my country immediately like a piece of ######. I never thought about it I discovered it by accident only as I saw it on his bank account history.

Sorry to hear about that - it's horrible! He'll get what's coming for him. I believe in karma.

Wow, that is horrible.

Sorry to hear about this.

On another not, we got the letter for our biometrics appointment for me and my son today.

The second of February, so in 1,5 weeks :)

Hope everything keeps going this fast, for some reason I totally expect hiccups this time.

Don't ask me why, just a feeling.

Just got NOA's in the mail!

Question for all of you, we live in NYC and the local USCIS office is fairly close -- would you recommend doing a walk-in appointment? Are there huge advantages to this? Afraid to muddy up the system if we go in and the letter comes, etc. Any advice?

Also, Fatima, just saw the spreadsheet you made -- thanks so much for doing such a great service for all of us!

I'm happy to announce I just got my Appointment Letter from USCIS dated Jan.14,2010 which is scheduled on February 1, 2010.

I am also sad at the same time knowing my hubby and I might be getting divorce. We never talk for 2 days now Im totally devastated knowing someone betrayed my trust not just once.

I'm so sorry to hear that dear :( Be strong... I really don't know what to say but just know that you have our support. If you need someone to talk to, I'm just a PM away!

On another not, we got the letter for our biometrics appointment for me and my son today.

I know what you mean! We feel the same way...but just hope for the best and be prepared for the worst! No matter what, we'll do what we must. LOVE WILL PREVAIL!!! ^___^

You're very much welcome! I'm glad to help in any way I can - and the Spreadsheet gives me something to do :D It keeps me from checking the mailbox every few hours (instead of just once like I used to - before we mailed our AOS packet)! LOL.

Re: Bio appointment - it won't hurt to try and do a walk-in - it may or may not speed up the process but I've heard about some ASC's not accepting walk-ins. Not sure about the local USCIS offices though ^__^;;

Fatima and Jim, I think that is you that is making the spreadsheet? Just wasnt sure if I had mentioned that our NOA hardcopy date was January 15, the checks were cashed on January 19, we are filing I-130 and AOS together because she was working as a volunteer here when we got married. I find that there is not much support for that here, and yes I realize why, because alot of you are waiting like usual paperwork is done, but she came in truly working as a volunteer and so we talked to a lawyer and several other experts and they thought we should go this way, we had a good friend help us do the paperwork. But we def do still feel in with everybody here, it is still a long wait and makes for some tense, wondering moments sometimes! But,....I wouldnt trade her for the world!!!! (L)

O, and our local office is Kansas City, MO I believe

I just updated the Spreadsheet! ^___^

I updated the spreadsheet and put "B-1" as your visa type - did I get everything else right?

I really hope you have a speedy approval too!

Just got the NOA's today! The only issue is that I have hyphens in my surname and first name and they don't show up. Hopefully it won't be an issue.
