I'm just surprised that USCIS has stopped working on the transfers. It seems they've recently been on a slump!

February 13, 2010: - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (After a long wait!)

February 15, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & received e-mail that case is now pending

March 09, 2010: - Biometrics completed, Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 10, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & Another Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 17, 2010: - EAD Card Production, Touch - I-131 (AP) & I-1765 (EAD)

My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

Hi everyone,

I just got an email stating that USCIS ordered production of my green card. Yay!! I'm so relieved because I did not hear anything until now since my interview on 4/7/2010. So happy! Hope the green card arrives soon. :)

12/31/2009 - Mailed the packet of I-130, I-485, I-765 thru usps's priority mail to Chicago lockbox

1/10/2010 - Received receipt confirmation

1/19/2010 - Received NOA for all three (dated 1/13/2010)

1/25/2010 - Received biometric letter (appt for 2/8/2010)

1/26/2010 - Completed biometric via early walk-in (New York City office)

1/28/2010 - Touched all three

3/6/2010 - Received NOA for interview (dated 3/1/2010)

3/9/2010 - Received an email update for EAD card in production (dated 3/8/2010)

Hi everyone,

I just got an email stating that USCIS ordered production of my green card. Yay!! I'm so relieved because I did not hear anything until now since my interview on 4/7/2010. So happy! Hope the green card arrives soon. :)

Congrats SSON and I got the approval letter yesterday and the card production email today too! This is so exciting :)

Hi Everyone,

We had our interview today, everything went well and we were approved! The IO was very friendly to us, the interview took about 20mins and at the end I was given an approval letter and he explain when we should file for ROC. He also took my EAD and I-94, he then said to use the letter as proof(for employers) until the green card arrives in the mail.

I think we are one of the better groups on VJ and hopefully all of us would be able to get back into the group in 2012!!

Good luck to those of you who have upcoming interviews. Try to stay clam........oh one more thing if you submitted a well organize file from the beginning with lots of information, you may not be ask for too much supporting documentation photos, bills etc.. (the IO did not ask us for anything but IDs)

Good news! I got update this morning, the card production was ordered! No more worries!

05/27/2008: Application was sent

06/03/2008: NOA1 was sent to us from VSC

06/07/2008: NOA1 received

07/02/2008: touched

07/03/2008: touched

09/12/2008: NOA2!

12/12/2008: NOA3

06/15/2009: Interview. Pink!(This is a delayed date according to our request.)

12/28/2009: I-485, I-131, I-765 application sent vis Fedex Overnight

01/05/2010: USCIS received.

01/08/2010: Receipt letters received.

Call USCIS and apply for an expedited AP.

Make appointment through INFOPASS on USCIS website with local immigration office.

01/15/2010: Meet with local immigration officer and get the printed biometric appointment letter(appointed date 02/11).

01/19/2010: Walk in and get biometric done at local ASC.

01/22/2010: Receive AP.

01/28/2010: Receive Employment Card

04/12/2010: Interview at 8am. Passed with no approval letter and no I-551 stamp. I was told there was a clitch on the name check and some delay could be caused to the final approval.

04/13/2010: Card production was ordered! I got sms update right after 8am!

04/23/2010: Green card in the mail!! God is good!

I got my approved email on 4/9/10, but no ap in mail yet, but today there was a touch 4/13, what does that mean and when should i get it

Well FINALLY... got the email today that my EAD has been ordered. My AP was touched too, so I'm assuming it will be coming as well.

The good thing is, since I won't be receiving these in the mail before the interview, I won't have to hand them over so I can keep them as a memento from this very torturous rewarding process. innocent.gif
