Just got another update email for my EAD - it went (back) to "Post-Decision Activity" from "Document Production" - pfft: Post-Decision Activity On March 15, 2010, we mailed you a notice that

My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

I am not a law expert nor professional in this field but I thought K1 is only valid for ONE entry. That means, she has already used this one-time entry when she came into the country to apply for AOS. Now AP, from my understanding is what you apply while your visa is pending... So I thought that leaving without waiting for approval means abandoning the petition. I can be wrong. But anyway, I think you should consult with other lawyer/professional than your current one to see what they think about the situation. Good luck

yaaaayyyy!!!I received my interview letter today!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: still no touches on the case since march 1st tho!I was expecting to receive the hard copy of my EAD approval notice but instead I found the interview letter in the mailbox! :dance: it is scheduled on April 27th.

I don't get why it says "INITIAL" interview on the letter tho :blink:

Seriously! received an email again saying they ordered card production of my EAD on march 26! really? what about the email that i received last time that on march 23 they ordered card production too! and i looked at it online last time online its dated 23 and i looked up again its dated 26! which is which??? common uscis you're driving me nuts!

EAD card got ordered the day after my Congressman called....CSC seems to be having a bit of a hold up apparently. As for my green card thats had more touches on it than the EAD but who knows...

So for the timeline.

EAD ordered on the 25th :) Yay, job hunting!

We just got another message that AP is approved March 26th star_smile.gif

I've received three e-mails for my EAD before it showed up with my AP in the mailbox. I didn't get any e-mail notification for my AP although it was touched.

So...I need to hear from someone who has had their interview. How long did it take? What did they ask? How many photos/supporting documents did you take? How many do they expect??? Any info would be helpful :) My interview is on Thursday and I'm starting to freak out.

I posted my long review above.. a few pages back by now. The interview itself took about 20-25 minutes. I outlined what they asked and the documents I provided. Good luck on your interview! Remember to breathe!

Also, good luck to Calypso!! I know she has her interview on Monday (can't remember who else does on Monday).

OK...so another interview question. I was getting everything together for our interview, and I can't find my husband's (he's the American citizen) birth certificate ANYWHERE. All I have is a photocopy of it. What do I do?!?! We can't get one by Thursday. HELP!!!!!!
