My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

may itatanong lang sana ako,tungkol to sa AOS application ko.i started na kasi to fill up some forms like G-325a and I-485.medyo confused lang ako tungkol don sa status at address.ano bang ilalagay ko dapat?yong present address ko o yong address ko sa pinas?at sa status naman,yon bang pgdating ko dito na single pa 'ko o ngayong married na?(ka kakasal lang pala namin nong march 09)...

at tsaka pwede kaya mag apply ng employment authorization kahit di pa nasimulan ang AOS processing ko?

Hi! Dapat yung married status na yung ilalagay mo sa AOS application :)

Yup, pwede ka mag-apply for Employment Authorization (EAD) bago mag-submit ng AOS pero mas ok kung isasabay mo na yung dalawang application. Pag inuna mo kse yung EAD, magbabayad ka pa ng separate fee pero pag kasama na sa AOS, walang extra fee - yung $1,010.00 na lang yung babayaran mo. So my VJ timeline has pushed my EAD forward. It should now be adjudicated sometime before Friday (it was saying sometime before tomorrow). That makes me feel good, and bad. Good because now I don't feel like it is outside the normal processing times (even though I'm beginning to feel like I'm the only January filer left without EAD) and bad because I was really hoping for approval today or tomorrow. crying.gif

01/25/10 - Checks cashed, NOAs sent!! (Day 1)

02/16/10 - Biometrics appointment, Modesto, CA - COMPLETED! (Day 22)

03/11/10 - Received interview notice - April 15, 2010 in Fresno, CA (Day 45)

03/18/10 - AP Approved (for my daughter - not me)!! (Day 52)

03/24/10 - Touch I-485 and email that RFE received on 2/18/10 (Day 58)

04/05/10 - INFOPASS appointment -- was told NBC must have decided not to process AP or EAD because interview was so soon. (Day 70)

I filed my I131 on Jan 13th and NOA date of Jan 19th but I still have no approval yet and the file hasnt been touched since FEb 1, can some help me please

Don't worry - even if the file hasn't been touched, they are still working on it. :thumbs:

Congrats everyone who got their AOS approved or EAD approved!

You are not the only one.I am in the same situation. Hopefully we will get it this week.

Yesterday the confirmation that my sons green card is on its way was in the mailbox.

And just now I got an e-mail that their received our reply on the RFE we got on his AP :blink:

Had I known this, I could have saved us an extra $50 for getting the birth certificate and translation from the Netherlands <_<

EAD production dated march 23 in my email. And allow 30 days in the mail! so does it mean I will have my interview first on april 14 before i will have my working permit? :( I hope I will have it first before my interview I need it for my SSN!

It Says 30 days but it doesn't take that long , you will receive it within 5-7 days ;)
