Hey guys after 6 weeks of no touches on EAD - we got an email and text last night at 11pm saying card production was ordered!!! I was hoping to follow some of you guys lead with going straight to GC, but we'll take this.

The VJ timeline was right on the date with it estimate of 18-25 March, but for AP it was 10-18 March and that hasn't happened. Hopefully AP and Green Card is soon to follow!!!

Congrats to all of you making progress!!!

Hey guys after 6 weeks of no touches on EAD - we got an email and text last night at 11pm saying card production was ordered!!! I was hoping to follow some of you guys lead with going straight to GC, but we'll take this.

Good luck to ALL January filers! Here's to a speedy approval! My hubby and I have our interview on the 14th and will be posting our experience for others to read :star: I hope your process goes smooth with no RFEs!

hi good day!how you doing?hope everything goes well for you..i just wanna ask something about the AOS application.i already started filling up some forms (I-485,G-325a etc..).just a little bit confused about the status and address.what should i put there?my present address and status? or my address back home and my single status as i came here(i entered here last dec.09 and got married just this march 09)?..additionally,about the A#,is it the one which can be found in I-94?

magtatanong lang sana ako kung anong dapat ilagay sa AOS application ko,i started na kasi to fill up some forms tulad ng G-325a at I-485..medyo confused lang ako kung anong ilalagay ko sa status at address ko.yong present ba o yong address ko sa pinas?at sa status nman,yon bang status ko pgdating dito which is single ang ilalagay o yong ngayon na married na?ka kakasal lang namin last march 09 pala..

at pwede bang mauna ang application of employment authorization kahit di pa nasimulan ang AOS processing?

We only had a couple of touches on our AP and no online updates, but both AP and EAD arrived together yesterday, so you will probably get both on the same day as well. We also had 3 emails about EAD before the card actually arrived in the mail. I think one is for ordering production, one for actually printing the card, and one for sending it to you.

Bah... email RFE yesterday. I don't know what for yet but I'll bet money it will be for the stupid medical that she already did as a K-1 :(

I'm noticing more of a trend that at NBC less K1 people are getting the RFE for medical, so maybe they have trained their employees better, but then more of the filers are getting RFE following transfer to CSC. Perhaps they are in need of some training as well. I hope we don't go to our interview only to find out that there is a problem with the medical. I'm thinking they would have told us by now since the interview is next week, but...you never know.

22 Jun 05 - We met in a tiny bar in Williamsburg, Va. (spent all summer together)

27 May 06 - Sasha comes back for a 2nd glorious summer (spent 8 months apart)

01 Jan 07 - Jason travels to Moscow for 2 weeks with Sasha

27 May 07 - Jason again travels to Moscow for 2 weeks of perfection

14 July 07 - I-129F and all related documents sent to VSC

16 July 07 - I-129F delivered to VSC and signed for by P. Novak

20 July 07 - NOA1 issued / receipt number assigned

27 Sep 07 - Jason travels to Moscow to be with Sasha for 2 weeks
