Good luck to everyone having their AOS interviews this week! Also, good luck on the job search ;)

I just received my AP documents and more importantly, our interview notice for the 22nd of April.

I'm very pleasantly surprised on how fast USCIS has been working on our cases!

25 January 2010: Concurrent filing of I-130, I-485, EAD and AP - sent via UPS overnight delivery to Chicago Lockbox

26 January 2010: Received by receptionist CHIBA at 8:30 AM/Received date on NOA

02 February 2010: Checked cashed/Notice date

05 February 2010: Received NOA's for I-130,I-485,I-131,I-130

13 February 2010: Received ASC Appointment Notice for Biometrics.

17 February 2010: Date of RFE for Federal Tax 1040/Received Text & Email confirmation

19 February 2010: Received RFE in mail

22 February 2010: Mailed Response to RFE via USPS Express mail

24 February 2010: Package delivered and received at Lee's Summit office

26 February 2010: Biometrics DONE/RFE Received-case processing resumed

17 March 2010: Email approval notifications - EAD & AP.

22 March 2010: Received AP by mail. Received interview schedule notice for 22 April.

22 April 2010: Greencard Approved :)

Removal of Conditions

24 January 2012: Sent I-751 petition via USPS Overnight

25 January 2012: Delivered at CSC, Receipt Date NOA1

27 January 2012: Checked cashed

30 January 2012: Received NOA in mail.

06 February 2012: Received Biometrics notice (dated 03 Feb)

02 March 2012: Biometrics appointment.

Just got another update email for my EAD - it went (back) to "Post-Decision Activity" from "Document Production" - pfft: Post-Decision Activity On March 15, 2010, we mailed you a notice that

My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

Hello everyone,

I check the mailbox today and i got a letter from USCIS and my heart beats faster.. :rofl: but im prepared for it though.So i open it and saw my GC! :dance::dance::dance::star: so lovely!Was so happy and my plan today is to wake up my dearest hubby..will see if he will be grumpy...hehehehe :dance::dance: i was in hurry to post my good news here but i posted it to february filers! :rofl::dance: oppss sorry!

Congratulations everyone! Great news that we got our EAD and AP today!! Now just the interview next week to get through. Too bad we can't hold on any longer than a week to our EAD. But having the green card will be so much nicer!

Yeah having GC is much nicer!but i am wondering though..i didn't received my EAD yet,,i thought EAD will come first tahn GC..but ohh well im so happy i got my greencard already!hubby is so happy also..so now we will be able to apply for ssn.
