Finally got my appointment letter for interview! Notice Date March 10 and Interview on April 14 @ 1:30.

By the way does your request said the same thing? (Request for Applicant to Appear for Initial Interview)

Yup! Mine says "Request for Applicant to Appear for Initial Interview" too :D

My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

Hi to all!

Good morning everyone!just want to share with you that on the 10th of March got my interview for I485 and now just received a letter saying:

WELCOME TO THE UNITED OF AMERICA

This is to notify you that your application for permanent residence has been approved.It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to permanent resident status in the UNITED STATES.

We will soon mail you a new Permanent Resident Card.You should receive it within the next 3 weeks.

Ohh my ohh my.,my husband and i are really happy with this great news! :crying::)(L):D ..

(I kind of wish we didn't have to give back the EAD card during the interview - I really like it ^_^ - but having a green card is definitely a million times better than just the EAD :D )

menina and Danu are right! You give back the EAD card during the interview - the green card is your proof of authorization to work in the U.S. now ^_^

(I kind of wish we didn't have to give back the EAD card during the interview - I really like it ^_^ - but having a green card is definitely a million times better than just the EAD :D )

Questions for Hubby:

1.What's my parent's name?

2.Brother's name (she was asking while looking at the pictures)

3.What is the reason why hubby loves me.(heheheh)

January 19, 2010: - Received 3 NOA email

January 20, 2010: - Check cashed[/color]

January 22, 2010: - Received 3 NOA hardcopies in the mail1st touch I-485, I-765 & I-131

February 01, 2010: - Touch - I-765 (EAD)

February 08, 2010: - Touch - I-485

February 08, 2010: - Case moved to CSC

February 13, 2010: - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (After a long wait!)

February 15, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & received e-mail that case is now pending

March 09, 2010: - Biometrics completed, Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 10, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & Another Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 17, 2010: - EAD Card Production, Touch - I-131 (AP) & I-1765 (EAD)

March 19, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & Another Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 19, 2010: - Received AP in mail

26 January 2010: Received by receptionist CHIBA at 8:30 AM/Received date on NOA

02 February 2010: Checked cashed/Notice date

05 February 2010: Received NOA's for I-130,I-485,I-131,I-130

13 February 2010: Received ASC Appointment Notice for Biometrics.

17 February 2010: Date of RFE for Federal Tax 1040/Received Text & Email confirmation

19 February 2010: Received RFE in mail
