I have a question, my Ukrainian travell passport is about to expire, can I apply for US travel passport? how long will it take and how much do they charge?

You are able to obtain a US passport when you are a US citizen. In the meantime you should contact the Ukrainian embassy to renew your passport.

You can't get a US passport because you are not a US citizen.

You need to renew your existing passport.

You can apply for a US travel document (also known as a re-entry permit). It is form I-131 and the cost is $305 + $80 for bio. It is valid for 2 years (usually).

Unless you are a US citizen, NO. If you are a Ukrainian citizen AND you have registered with Ukraine as a permanent US resident, you can renew your Ukrainian international passport at one of the Ukrainian Consulates in the US (New York, Chicago or San Francisco) If you have not registered in Ukraine as a permanent US resident then you need to go back to Ukraine and renew your passport. I suggest you do it before the passport expires. Ukraine now has expedited passport services in most (if not all by now) Oblasti. You can get a new passport in as little as 3 days.
