hello ,iam sending my documents very soon ,here is the deal iam here on k-3 visa when came at the port of entry the officer asked me some questions and stamped my passport and GIVE ME BACK MY SEALED ENVOLPE AFTER HE OPENED IT,its the I-129F package that he had to keep it,after 4 months working with a very stupid lawyer i called USCIS and they told me that the officer at the port of entry had to keep it then send it to us and i heard that some people took it back to the airport,we fired the lawyer he just took money for nothing and we went to the local office who told us that i need to send that package with the AOS and EAD to chicago my question is ,will it be alright to send it with the documents as the immigration officer said at the local office? please guys give me your advices thanks a lot i apprciate it .

You already posted this question and everybody told you that you should send the package with your AOS forms. What is it that you want here? Do you want more people to tell you the same thing?

Do what the USCIS said. Send the package along with your AOS forms. It makes perfect sense.

i got to make sure because you never know what can happen before sending this because i dont want anything bad to happen again so iam trying to get to somone who had the same experience thanks anyway,
