I filed January 21st, NOA1 was sent on January 22nd. I received the hardcopy on friday Jan. 30, and now just patiently waiting for NOA2, hoping for some luck in a speedy approval.

Still haven't got my damn NOA1 hardcopy, seriously what the hell is wrong?! It's been almost 1 month now..! File revieced on Jan 16th, money order cashed Jan 25th but still no damn NOA1 and it's already Feb 6!!!!!

You guys aren't giving me much hope, that ours will be a bit faster then everyone elses. Was just hoping for a minor miracle that it would all go through uneventfully and with speed.

Still ...crossing my fingers though.

OH and my letter of intent was an emailed verson ...James put in a letter of explaintion as to why and that a USCIS person (phone) had said it was ok. Lets see if we get an RFE over it or not.

He received it on Friday 5th Feb it is dated the 29th Jan. We sent it on the 27th of Jan.

Now its the waiting game again

Still possible we could get an RFE over the letter of intent but lets see what happens, wont be too much of a hassel if we do as James will have the original by then.

Any body else received their NOA1 recently?

What! I'm getting pissed, we still haven't got our NOA1!!!! It's been 3 weeks since we sent the petition and 2 weeks since the money order was cashed! My fiance told me that an agent would call him back about our case, which I see is a bad sign.. but on the other hand, if they hadn't recieved our peition they wouldn't have cashed the money but well.. i've got to call him tomorrow to see what they said.. something is definently wrong here..

keep us posted, there will be a logical explaination. Like you said, there can't be too much wrong with it if they cashed the check.

Because my 'Letter of Intent' is a copy (email version) not an original with original signature. So when they look closer they might ask for the original. Hopefully they will accept it and the letter of explaination from James.

You need to go into "My Controls" and update your signature in there.

How is everyone handling the NOA2 waiting game? And what are you doing in the meantime?

Been a few years since we filed. Just dropping in for a peek at the pace of VSC these days. Seems to be about the same as it was then. Though back then it was much faster than the other centers. Congratulations to everyone and good luck!

Hi guys!

Just wanted to say I'm leaving VJ!

I finally found out why it took so long to get my NOA1.. BECAUSE HE NEVER SENT THE FREAKING PETITION!

And not to mention he cheated on me with the same woman he used to cheat on me with, and they have a 2-month year old son together too and apperantly I wasn't worth telling because he changed his number and just stopped talking to me, I tried to confront him when i called him at his job but he was yelling at me, trying to come with stupid lies that I saw right through and it all ended with him yelling at me to shut up and then he hung up and when I called back he promised he'd call back because he had to work but he didnt and next day the phone number was changed.

I'm so pissed off that I can't breath, but I am at the same time so happy that I got rid of this SOB, I hope him and his gf are happy, she's a psycho and he's out of his damn mind so I guess they make a perfect match. What sick idiot keeps asking you to marry him and come and live with him one minute to ignore you and try to avoid you as much as he can the next second? He should be happy if I don't make sure he gets fired within next week..

You most certainly don't want to be with a lying cheat anyway. He has done you a favour by showing you is true colours before it was too late. He must have spun you quite a few lies and once a liar always a liar.
