Hey no problem. I know it isn't much (DHL tracking our goods) but it's still kind of nice to have the illusion that we are in control of our lives...

Good luck to more speedy journey.....!!!

Oooooh I helped out a blond from Florida....don't tell my fiance...she's quite the jealous type...

Hey, If you know what date NVC sent your petition to the embassy I can check and see on DHL. It took me a while to figure that system out and I still really don't get it.....but it does work.

Cross-posting from the Jan K-1 thread that we got an RFE today. :( I don't know what went wrong but we'll see soon enough. I got the notice just as I was trying my wedding dress on, too. Worst. Timing. Ever.

Before Journey:

Met online in 2002 as friends. Fell in love in 2005. Got engaged in 2010.

K-1 Journey, January 2010-July 2010:

NOA1: January 29. RFE: April 21. NOA2: June 4. Interview: July 15. Visa in hand: July 20. POE: July 22.

July 24, 2010: Married in front of 150 of our loved ones on a beautiful, sunny day. Living happily ever after and oh so thankful that 5 years of a long distance relationship and 7 months of a visa process is condensed into one line.

Wedding pictures! Because I'm shameless. http://s956.photobucket.com/albums/ae47/AmeriDaneWedding/

Adjustment of Status Journey, January 2011-March 2011:

January 25: NOA1 for AOS and EAD. Feb 5: Bio appointment received. Feb 7: RFE. Feb 11: Sent RFE response. Feb 23: AOS transfered to CSC. Feb 25: Biometrics. March 11: EAD approved! March 19: Received EAD. March 21: AOS approved! March 25: GC in hand!

And we'll live happily ever after.. for the next 2 years, anyway.

Damn!! Sorry to hear that! Now you'll be on pins and needles until you get the RFE letter to see what it's for...

Probably something minor and you can get it resolved quickly.

Hi SpelaD! Try this: EXP DD MMM YYYYA For example: EXP 20 APR 2010A is a package that has a reference date of April 20th, 2010. Seems like the reference day may be a day or two behind the actual ship date. I learned (the hard way) that the spaces are very important. I hope this works for you.

You got it!! Took me a while to figure out that the DHL system really wants the spaces to be exactly in that order.
