Okay..... I'm trying to be positive... so let me think this way.... if I sent my RFE back two weeks after the ones that were aproved this week, my NOA2 shouldn't take more than a month..... right? Who am I kidding... nobody knows....

I just want to hear something positive really.

Well, by that logic, I should be approved by Aug 6. They better hurry! I can';t take it anymore................. :crying:

My RFE was late getting to us, and late getting to them. I am not expecting to hear a thing until September, at this rate. I can get pissy that mail times have bumped me to the back of the line again, but there isn't much I can do. Except keep waiting! Guess that goes for all of us... :(

I am hoping that I can finally get my first RFE for this thing by the end of this week or next week. the I-797 form supposedly expires on the 13th of Aug, and i'd rather that can of worms not be opened at this point.

Meh, nothing to see here.

I believe that once re-approved after it has complied with the IMBRA requirements, there will be a new expiry date. There was posts regarding this I while back from memory.
