I-751 waiver: divorce based on good faith marriage

Is it possible to make a sticky thread for people filling I-751 wavier based on good faith marriage? It would be very helpful to have people discuss their experience filling I-751 while on a conditional green card.

Here is my situation:

1. Met my wife in January and got married on August 30th 2008.

2. Got a conditional green card in May 2009

3. Filed for divorce in December 2009

4. Moved out three days ago.

I have a proof of bona fide marriage:

tax returns

bank and credit card accounts

pictures

insurance

car titles

two leases

trip tickets visiting my family in my home country

letters to each other

utilities bills

affidavits from friends and family including my wife

and more stuff

I am thinking about filing now and not wait until I get a divorce decree? What do you think?

You can't file on your own without the divorce decree.
