My Filipino wife will have an expired passport this year. Without going to the Philippines, how do we get this renewed?

She can go to a PI Embassy/Consulate in the USA, have it renewed there.

She can also send ti to the Embassy/Consulate in the USA, i believe they have a website. Mine expired in November 09 and i sent it to Kenyan Consulate in NY.

Looks like the closest Philippine consulate to you is going to be Atlanta (3340 Peachtree Rd NE, Suite 850 Atlanta, GA 30326) (404) 239-5747 & (404) 239-5740. Call to be sure they can do her passport. My wife is in the same boat, hers expires late 2010. I am sure your wife will have to go in person as the Philippines is converting to the new biometrics passports (digital fingerprints/pictures etc.). These cannot be done by mail.

U are in NC,so your wife have to go to Phil.Consulate in Washington,DC.Renewal of paspsort must be in person.
