Suzy, should I start drinking now? I do have this whole week off....... Week long bender perhaps?

Thanks Sandy, Yup she got the visa approved on the 8th of Dec, she had to tie up some loose ends in Motherland and will be picking her up in Charlotte airport Friday at 11:30pm.

It's not that cold in Charleston, She told me it was -37F last time we talked.

I like D&D coffee!!! If Susita can't drink I can just spike my coffee w/ Jameson

K, I had not smoked ciggys since I was 23 now at 31 I'm the worst I have ever been. I really don't like to drink too much, I just happen to post on VJ when I do now lol, My drunkenness seems to give others enjoyment and I am a crowd pleaser. My drug of choice is usually more herbal in nature

YEAH

AT LEAST YOU ARE NOT A BELIGERANT AZZHOLE!

Good thing, Apostle. Nasty habit and hard to break.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

Canada has white supremacists??? I thought Canadians were supposed to be nice :wow:

Oh honey, we still had the KKK there in the 70's. Not sure if they ever died out. Alberta, and to a lesser extent Saskatchewan, has a few racists. Most aren't; it is a very small fringe. The problem I heard was that during the boom, they relaxed immigration and brought in a lot of workers from other countries (to Alberta). The boom, and this immigration as part of that, caused a huge population expansion, especially in Calgary. The infrastructure (roads, etc.) were not set up to handle the increased population, causing additional tension.

I quit smoking cold turkey at age 19, after 2 years of smoking. I got preggers. One , two, three kids later

I didn't start again till I was in India, 12 years later!

That was 5 years ago.

It was the stupiest habit I picked up again and haven't been able to/nor wanted to quit.

-37!!!!

oh it will feel like spring to her here then...lol

what do you plan to do first.....mmm ummm ...forget that

I mean I had a list of must sees and to dos...just wondering what you got brewin

I started smoking when I was 15, I didn't really smoke though I was a sh!t head punk rock kid (though you would never know it now) I was always the person ppl that smoked looked at in amazement I could just stop smoking at the drop of a hat. When I was 23 I enlisted into the Navy and had to quit for basic training, after that I didn't smoke until about 2 years ago. I lived w/ my ex gf in VT and the break up was an emotional gauntlet and in the end I found out she was cheating on me..... I started smoking, I didn't have the same on/off button after I started this time.

A lot of Indian men smoke but I dont there are any Indian women who smoke there.... It is an unspoken double standard there.

yeah, there were only a couple of girls in my training classes who were heavy smokers, but it was mainly men.
