I'm busy cooking. I'm not really sure what I'm going to cook but I have stuff out all over the counter while I brainstorm. I didn't end up making those vietnamese inspired pork meatball sandwiches last night so I think I'll make those and then some type of salad for lunch.

Does anyone have a good salsa recipe? Since moving here, having the salsa in the Mexican restaurants (especially Los Tios'), I do not like the store bought stuff so much. So I need to start making my own.
