I made Luis go to DD for me to get me an ice coffee. I have a bad headache and I'm super b*tchy today. Usually their ice coffee does the trick

Amby ~ my friend had a problem with that, it was a serious thyroid issue though. She actually had to have it removed due to complications and is constantly on meds. She has put on some weight since having it removed a couple of years ago, but not much.
