I am baking cupcakes. Pizza party at the boys class tomorrow for their last day. They start a new school on Monday :crying: I feel so bad but there's no way I can afford to keep them in the full-day program they were in before. Since I'm not a matriculated student at the university anymore they were going to start to charge me the full-rate (as opposed to the sliding fee scale) which would have been about $2100 a month. They've been in that school since they were toddlers.

Now they're going 5 days a week from 12:15 -3:00pm and it's only $360 a month ... MUCH more doable. I just feel sad taking them away from their friends and teachers they really love it there. But they have no other choice unless I start to sell my organs. :(

If you wanna sell your organs I know a guy.

That sucks, I think it is good that kids need to change social groups sometimes at a young age, I had to do that a lot when I was younger. It makes made me value good friends even more and learn to be more acceptable of new or different ppl when you have to go mke new friends.

I want a pizza party damn it!

:(

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I came in second on the interview.... :protest:

Sorry to hear that brother William. I know how you feel, I've been having a hard time here in Charleston. Male massage therapists are frowned upon here. I've been told outright that I would not be considered for employment due to my gender. I went one of the oldest and one of the most respected massage therapy schools in the USA. I have worked with osteopaths, chiropractors, PT's, world class hotels and yet I couldn't get my foot in the dor for even an interview anywhere. Hang in there, you'll find something better soon.

For you, Chris...

Damn, sorry, William.

It's actually illegal that they do discriminate against me, I just don't have the time, money or the interest in pursuing a case. I'm hoping karma will run it's course.

Thanks I actually start work tomorrow at a clinic here in Charleston so I hope this will work out.

chris and william do not be discouraged!!!!

Thanks John!

William ~ Sorry about your interview :(

Chris ~ I know a few old rich Jewish ladies on Long Island that would hire you as their personal massage therapist,

I could use a sugar mama that calls me "Bubbie"

NOTHING AGAINST CHRIS, I prefer female

As do most men. This is one of the subjects where you will actually see serious Chris. I personally do not care who works on me. when I get a massage I am there to have specific muscles worked on. I want my therapist to be competent and arrange a session that corresponds to what I am there for whether the therapist be man or woman.

I know that a lot of men don't like to have other men give a massage, the way I look at it is, most men wouldn't get a massage from a man but most men would go to a male Proctologist to have them stick their finger in their holiest of holes.

I went to school in Chelsea, NYC I was one of only a few men in my class and one of four straight men in school. The rule was, i couldn't refuse massage from anyone or I would be dropped from the course. I had many gay/lesbian, transgendered, straight, ppl work on me when I was at school I had to get used to getting touched and touching all shapes and sizes of ppl. that's why I choose this school in NYC, I knew it would expose me to and give me an advantage of working with a multitude of different ppl. It was great. I have no problem letting any professional work on me, in fact the best massage I ever received was from a gay guy.
