The other day I got a butt cramp. I have never had one of these in my life. I couldn't walk

Butt cramp

I'm sure it wasn't funny at the time. But it sure is now! I once had one half my butt go to sleep. Weird feeling.

nanners are good, when I work the NYC marathon events we keep them around for the runners if they start to cramp. Your nerve tissue works with salt and potassium, if you are deficient, sometimes cramping occurs, bananas are a quick way to deliver a dose of K to the body.

You work the NYC marathon? Cool!

Good morning Chris and Val!

Had a good laugh at your post in the McMurder thread, Chris. That was awesome!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I just got home. My mom texted me and asked me to get her a DD coffee  okay so now once again I bought coffee when I said I was going to make it at home. It's my freakin' mom's fault.

My mom has just informed me that she's going to sell me the house when my sister's 18 years old (I didn't mention wanting to buy her house, but OK) and that she's going to live downstairs - so basically we'll just switch places. I never told her I wanted her as a tenant either  . Oh well. I guess this is her way of saying "Hey guess what I don't want a mortgage anymore you have it."

It might work out nice because my mom would only sell me the house for little more than what she still owes on it and instead of her collecting $900 a month from me I'll collect that from her. I suppose this means she wants to kick my sister out at 18 too? This works for me.

I don't think she has worked out any of the details  my mom is one of those "I have an idea so I'm going to tell everybody about it while I have no idea how to pull it off" type of people. She also forgets everything. I moved out when I was 17 to go to college and within 3 years she had me back in the house. It's like she can't function if I'm not here.

I came home once (I only went to school like 1 hour away) and was looking through her mail. (all unopened and like 3 months old) She hadn't paid the water bill in like, I don't even know how long. I said MOM they're going to shut off the water. She said OH man I should probably pay them. Well, YEAH! It's not like she didn't have the money. She's just completely aloof. I don't want to see her as an old lady

So anyway I guess this is her tactic for keeping me nearby

um ... okay .... begs the question ...

will there be a difference when she is an old lady versus when she was younger?

omg Susita... Are you sure that you are not talking about my mom???

After 29 years of marriage to my dad, my mom still does not know how much he makes or how much he pays for the bills... I think my mom would totally be like yours if my dad was not around. And my mom is very needy too... so I made it a point to move 45mins away from her. She calls me everyday asking me to come over because according to her I live just down the street

Nina ~ my mom & dad are divorced, and she's really not that bad other than the aloofness. I actually would hate to move away from her because she really is a big help with the kids they love being with her. However, she is a tad bit annoying at times but I'm sure I can be too.

My sister, however, is a totally different story. I feel bad for my mom because my sister walks all over her and gives her such a hard time. She's 16 and a complete nightmare.

Nagi, I'm happy I gave you a chuckle. Drive safe to your appt. Hope all goes smoothly for you.

I have to try to fix my car (It is hemorrhaging coolant). I was supposed to talk to Zhanna today, it is Russian Christmas, but the internet connection there is horrible. Someday I wait around 4 hours to talk for maybe 10 mins. I cannot wait for this to be over, 1 more week of this crapola.
