I don't think so, he had his breakfast, some treats and that's it. well, I keep an eye on him, offer some warm water now and then and he's not getting any dinner tonight. and I looked up the nearest 24h vet and wrote the number and address down.

Not to scare you, but he DID play. Was it right after he ate or drank? Have you thought of torsion? Im always scared to death of it. Good that you already have numbers ready.

I don't think it's that. A friend's dog died of that and I always make sure that he's not playing or running too wild after he had food and that's why I feed smaller portions but more often during the day. If it would be torsion he would be in pain, but he isn't. Right now he's sleeping next to me, he is shivering but his nose is cold and wet, so no fever.
