didn't do anything different. woke up fine and then started feeling vormity about 30 mins after.

Are you running a temperature, by any chance? Is anything else that seems odd or out of plce vis-a-vis your physical condition?

no temp or anything. very weird. yesterday my friend said was feeling sick to her stomach. I had very little contact with her but maybe she had a stomach virus or something.

Could be. Aerial transmission of viral agents is hardly unknown.

Aside from bacterial, fungal or parasitic agents, there are naturally occuring chemotoxins in well water. Man-mad pollution aside, there are many natural toxins in water.
