and...the sinuses were 0k the last 2 days, but this morning my forehead is hurting and the snot blowing has increased ten fold.

it is, but it works. i wasn't going to buy it, but my best friend and her husband got it. her mom's doctor told her it is the best way to clear it out. it is a weird feeling, but if you are a swimmer, it feels like water going through your nose. i am not a swimmer, so it freaked me out at first.
