I finally got my mini blinds.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Nina ~ you can make sauteed kale as a side of greens with dinner. It's actually pretty yummy. I don't have a recipe so I'll write what I'd do.

All you have to do is boil some water with some salt and then blanch the kale in the water. (oh yeah cut the stems off!) After that, throw a lil bit of olive oil in a frying pan with some fresh garlic for like a min, then put the kale in and cook it until its a little bit mushy - not overdone. Throw some salt in it and mix it around and BAM! This would prob. be good with onion too. Onion & garlic in anything is yummy though.

I really dont know why I bought Kale without knowing how to cook it.... but I want to finish it off before it goes bad.

If you have a lot of kale you can put it in soup too. I'd have to look up a recipe for you though.
