Um, not be daft, but this is a visa forum, we're all separated from our spouses at some point. You've been really blessed and lucky to have been with him for all your immigration stuff save for maybe 2 or 3 months.

count this as a blessing not as a reason for tears -- in a couple of months, you'll be together for the rest of your lives.

It's really not a bad thing. We've all done it, so can you!

*edited for garbled engrish!*

Just down about having to leave my husband in 13 days. :(

Hi Amby and Mal and lgg.

G-d bless tears!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

staashi, dahling, how was your b-day?

Twas the suck. :crying: I had a great time with some friends out of town and then when I was headed home DH was pizzed that I hadn't left earlier (couldn't get out of dodge until around 1 instead of 8am). I really got no love at home - no card, no gifts, nada. I was so pizzed. Whatcha gonna do...c'est la vie.

Hi Nagi...

For sure, a good cry is mandatory and just how things go. I'm a believer though that you have let it all out and then move on and grab life by the b*lls. Move on ahead strong and proud not getting whipped by the inevitability that life'll be hard and a bvtch sometimes...

How're you doing, Nagi?

:)

Thanks - I'm trying to process it all. It's so funny - he's the type that has bought my gift months in advance and all. All I wanted was a "Happy Birthday", but that was too f'ing difficult. #######???
