My kids were bothering me last night so I went to lay down with them for a few minutes and fell asleep. Sheesh.

Chris ~ my friend came over yesterday & was talking about this prescription drug her mom used to quit smoking but there was a big side effect - suicidal thoughts. Die from smoking or kill yourself? I'd rather die from smoking thanks.

Good luck with the quitting - we're here for you to scream at (or just type in BIG RED VERDE CAPS) whenever you'd like.

Nah, I'm good at cold turkey quitting. I just have to psych myself up for it. It will be hardest to quit when I am at Hades because everyone smokes there. But, I promised myself that if Zhanna got her visa and once I started doing massage again I would quit. I am a health and wellness practitioner and need to be healthy to promote heath to others.

i just called DOS, and she said it was admin processing for security checks. said anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of month. said i am free to call back anytime.

They really can't give you a time , but security checks don't take long like they used to.

I'm happy to report that the Pudge's health is fully restored. He's hungry, trying to get every living thing under the sun to play with him, finds every sock in the hamper and evenly distributes them around the house.

Right now is in the front yard, waiting to catch that stray cat that has been annoying him for days now.

I have to get 0 out to play somehow. With the freezing temps, we had no choice but stay indoors for the past few days. I know he is just aching to run.

Pudge too, but I won't go to the dog park, maybe a round in the park later. He just ate 3 pieces of his food, ran outside because of the cat and there he threw up again. So his stomach still isn't quite settled so we have to take it slow.
