She is the actress from Precious. I believe she's been nominated for an Oscar.

Well, back from Bellingham. Graded 17 papers on the way there. 25 left for my Lit & Film class, 60 left for the CW class. Ugh.

congrats on grading!!!

I feel like ####### so I'm going to sleep soon. I'm clicking away on Netflix trying to decide what instant play thing to watch. Can't decide if I want to start a new TV series since I'm in the middle of watching Gossip Girl, The Tudors, & Big Love OR just watch a movie.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

No because I discovered my son had watched it on Netflix online the other day. And his favorite movies growing up were French Kiss and Jurassic Park  He's not ghey...um, not that I know of.

I wonder how many dead word papers you found. Just like totally curious.

Of the 17 I graded there were NO dead words! I am so proud of them. Granted, there are many more to grade.

Why is it that mothers are the last ones to know? Actually I don't think that I had a favorite movie growing up. Lots of John Wayne, Cary Grant (I like his movies) and Humphrey Bogart pics as well as movies like Eating Raoul, The Bicycle Thief and Cinema Paradiso and who knows what else. Didn't see Sound of Music until I was 21, thought it was a bit of a chick flick growing up, I enjoy watching it now. I still prefer The Longest Day, though.
