I'm eating leftover beef stroganoff. Only bad part is that I absolutely abhor mushrooms. So it takes me 20 minutes to sift through it and pick them all out before i'm ready to eat.

you sound like my husband and onions...in fact any sort of root vegetable :huh:

I am afraid to admit here but let's say it won't be any easy feat

i haven't worked out in a gym for a 1 year PLUS!

it is a total disgrace....BAD TRAINER!

But I am gonna start with working out in the gym cardio and strength 2 days a week and yoga at least 1x a week

I so need it

and after being back on saturday and seeing how much of a wuss I have become, well I am determined to come back with a fierceness

sometimes hardships will do that to ya...put ya back on da map, you dig?
