Red flags in us embassy in morocco

Hi and happy new year to everybody.my question is : is recent divorce a big red flag in us embassy in morocco ? Any body get denied for that? I've been seperated for 10 month before my divorce is final I have a seperation aggrement from the court house do I need to be worried about it? Can anyone tell where to find a forum about redfalgs in us embassy in morocco. Thank you for your help in advance

A separation agreement is not a divorce decree. Wait until you have that decree before filing any immigration papers anywhere. Onceyou are legally free to marry, by itself there is no red flag -- unless the embassy has some additional reasons to question the visa application.

I'm already divorced .I mentioned the separation aggrement to let them know I ve been living on my own for 10month . Coz I heard recent divorce is a red flag thanks

this should not be a problem. i was separated for 4 years and filed for divorce when i met my fiance. The divorce was final march 11th and i filed for k-1 on march 13th. they did not ask him any questions about my ex.
