Hi Guys...wishing a Happy New year to all of u and many blessings for this 2010.

We had some problems and my husband I-94 expired on Dec the 29th without send the AOS package. Does anybody knows if this will be an issue???

Can we send the papers next week or there is nothing we can do, cose I dont know if there is a certain time to send aOS after the I-94 expires.

Thanks for ur help.

The regs are on '90 days to marry' - not '90 days to file the AOS' .

As long as you've actually married within 90 days of the POE date, yer fine for some 'lag time' on filing the AOS package.

Stay away from any border check points, though. Yer spouse could get nabbed by CBP, handed over to ICE.

File soonish, ah? Good Luck !
