Hey Hafiz,

when you sent in your first RFE did you put RFE response on the envelope?I would say you should do that when you send in the second one that is what I did with the second one and in a matter of days it was entered in the system the first one is still sitting on someone's desk somewhere

i already got a response for my first RFE. they got it already, i got an email stating they have recieve my rfe, so i never sent the second one in, and someone on this forum got approved without sending one in.

I'm waiting for my NOA2 because I paid for it and I want "customer service." Other than that, they can go sod themselves. They can stuff it.

hey you both...I dont see the reason for you both to wait for the K3 either. As soon as the CR1 case reaches the embassy you get an interview appointment. And with the K3...it still has to go through NVC and then to the embassy for further processing. We abandoned K3 when our I130 (out of an miracle) got transferred to the embassy for processing.

Just doesnt make sense.

sorry pakistan is scheduling inteview dates for CR1 for december. the file goes there and you get packet 3.5.
