I've noticed that several of the approvals for NOA2 were on 7/24. I was touched on 7/24 too.......but no change of status. Just wondering if anyone else has the same experience?

yesterday and today

10/19/2006--fiance arrived USA

11/20/2006--Married

AOS

12/15/06-- noa1

01/12/07-- rfe

01/24/07-- 485 transferred to CA

02/03/07-- Biometrics

03/02/07-- welcome letter sent

03/09/07-- snail mail welcome letter received

03/16/07-- card production message received

03/21/07-- approval notice sent

03/23/07-- resident card in hand

Remove Conditions

1/12/09--noa1

2/04/09--Biometrics

6/05/09--Approval notice received in mail

6/28/09-- 10 year card received in the mail

I hope they will but look at the people that have been approved, no touches for days then approval. Touches do not mean that you will be approved in next couple of days. Could mean anything. Alot of people to go and CSC is doing them in seemingly random order. Lets hope alot of us get approval in next few days but I am not holding my breath.

16 Feb 07 Denial Letter received

12 Mar 07 Motion to reconsider submitted

9 May 08 Lisa and Married in United Kingdom

23 May 08 I-130 filed

Oct 08 NOA-2 received

May 7 09 Lisa's Interview I 601 filed

29 Jul 09 I-601 waiver approved

18 Aug 09 Passport to London Embassy

20 Aug 09 Tickets purchased for 10 Sep 09

WE HAVE FINALLY WON, OUR LONG AND HARD JOURNEY IS COMPLETE!!!!!!

Hey.....no touches today and I am getting desperate. I do not think that I would mind a " touch" from a hairy guy as long as he was our case officer from CSC.

Packet 3 mailed Sept 19, 2006 per Visas USA.

Packet 3 Recieved in El Salvador by Digna October 17, 2006

Packet 3 Recieved in Calif. October 21, 2006.......Go figure, it was mailed on the 17th of October.

Medical completed Friday, Oct. 27. Instructed by clinic staff to call Embassy (Visas USA) for appointment.

Arrival SFO Dec. 29, 2006

Married Jan. 03, 2007

I have to admit, not to particular about who touches me right now as long as is case worker at CSC with a stamp marked "APPROVED"

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final
