Hey guys I am trying to finish up the I-130 this weekend so I can send it out this week. But I have a question about address...My husband doesn't have an actual address in Saudi. He works for a company and most mail is received via company mail. So my question is will they need his actual physical address? If so could he use his relatives address?

You will need to put the physical address where he actually lives on the forms but you can then add an attachment giving his mailing address. On the attachment you should include the name of the form, the question number and the actual question and then explain the mailing address and sign it. Then you just list the attachment, along with everything else you are sending in, on your cover letter.

Also in Riyadh addresses are listed as PO box's not street addresses like here. Also if he decides to move and gets another address how does one go about doing a change of address for the beneficiary?

Not all places have physical addresses. You can put what information you have; such as city and country. Search VJ for someone who has been through this from Saudi and ask them how they filled out the form.

I had initially put only the city, province, and country for the same reasons. He didn't have a physical mailing address until recently. I changed it at the NVC level at that time.

USCIS approved the application. They're aware of these situations and where they are.

My husband's mailing address was also a PO box so I put the physical address that he has on his Moroccan ID card in the I-130 and did the attachment explaining his mail will be received at the PO box. I agree it is a good idea to talk to someone from Saudi to see if there is a nuance that is different from Morocco but this is what I did.

From my experience, my wife in panama, dosent use a physical address for mailing address. In my opinion, if he dosen't know his physical address, chances are they won't either  But, what I used and got approved, was the "physical" address the best it could be described, house number, neighborhood, city, and province. I had no problems, and everything is pretty much emailed anyway. When I spoke with USCIS about it, some portions they want mailing, and some they want physical. Also, notice you can attach a second letter with the i-130, which is what I did explaining the difference between her mailing/physical address. Looking at my i130 everything is physical address and i attached the mailing address on a continuation page. The same applies to the 325. I ran into the issue as well, being I was in Germany with the army, and had multiple addresses. I was able to use my APO address and attach a continuation explaining everything. Truthfully I've had 4 different addresses in the USCIC/NVC process and its been fairly simple keeping them up to date. Hope this helps, when I had any problems I contacted the embassy in frankfurt and when they answered, they were helpful.

There are several countries in the Middle East that don't have physical address for the houses. USCIS approved our application without the physical address. We just put the city, province, and country on the application. It was approved this way. Jordan is working on physical address for houses, so we were able to give his physical address before the interview.

I have a friend from Syria, and she told me that they do not have physical address where she is from either. Don't worry USCIS, NVC, and the embassy are all aware of the local situations. Just try to contact someone from Saudi and see what they wrote on their paperwork.

Best of luck to you!

It depends on the stage that you are at. Our case was at the NVC center, so I called them and gave them his address. I also emailed the embassy once the file was there to make sure that they had the address.

I am working here in Saudi Arabia. Fortunately, I was able to dig out the physical address of our location, no building or house number though. :D I used my physical address in all the forms we filled out and everything went fine. All correspondence (hard copy) from NVC was sent to my wife's address in US as I assigned her in the DS-3032 form. I receive some emails from NVC too but no snail mails.
