Whats going on with my application.

I sent my N400 package 11/20/09 and since then all i got is NOA thats all, no fingerprints, no updates, nothing.

Could it also be that your particular local office is busy, and are overall scheduling things later than usual, despite anyone's circumstances?

Since you have waited so long (more than 30 days since you got your NOA), you should definitely inquire about your case further with an infopass appointment, and/or calling the mis-information/customer service phone number, to inquire further about your case..

There are others who sent their packages off late fall and waited 6 weeks before they received their biometrics letter. Thanksgiving feel into their waiting time. Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years all fall into your time frame as well so I suspect the holidays have slowed things down. You should receive the biometrics letter in the very near future. If you haven't heard anything by the 20th of January - that would be 2 months - then maybe you could either make an infopass appointment or call the mis-information line and get escalated to an actual immigration officer.

If it's been more than 30 days since receiving the NOA1 call USCIS at do a service request for a biometrics appointment.

Been there, done that.
