I got two RFEs at the beginning of the month for my I-129F application. I mailed them in awhile ago but my status on USCIS website says they are waiting for the RFE. I called USCIS and the automated response gave the same info as the website. How can I confirm that they recieved my RFE? Thanks!

I started that thread a few days ago when I started realizing that I should have probably had some kind of notice that my RFE was received. I have yet to hear anything. I called today and was told to wait for 30 after it was sent to call back and check.

At least you know you're not alone....

yes I used delivery confirmation so atleast I know it was delievered

If you are sending to the Lees Summit in MO which is a PO BOX addy, there was a thread and for the life of me I can't remember where, but someone pointed out that sending it delivery confirmation will actually slow it down a bit because when a postman goes to deliver, there isn't someone standing there at the PO BOX waiting. Therefore, the post will be taken to the post office and a notice will be left in the box. Then you have to wait for someone to go and pick it up. Sorry if that seems so dim but only want you to be aware of how it works. I have sent my first RFE back with confirmation delivery and have yet to hear back either. WHen I read the other thread, I just winged it and sent it via regular mail. So here is keeping our fingers crossed. lol

I sent both of mine back regular mail assuming that it wouldn't make any difference if I paid extra to send it faster and I STILL have not gotten any confirmation that either was received. I'm trying not to worry, but.... :(

This is true if you're using Signature Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation alone shouldn't slow it down because the postman simply scans it before dropping it into the mailbox. I've experienced slowdowns using Signature Confirmation where the post office would try to deliver on a Saturday and would have to come back on Monday since most businesses are closed on Saturdays. Since then, I've used Delivery Confirmation exclusively.

Are we all still waiting for confirmation that our RFE replies were received?

This is seriously absurd.

Same situation here, I recieved 2 RFE's at the beginning of the month and sent them both back promptly, I have still not recieved any sort of reciept from USCIS about them having them. After speaking to a service rep for USCIS she told me to wait 30 days and then ring them back concerning this, she also stated (after I asked about the processing dates) That all processing has stopped on the cases and will resume after the RFE has been decided. The processing will resume and the time frame will go back inot effect. So to me it sounds as if the 60-90 period that they changed it back to is stopped for the IMBRA, which means that I just lost a whole month for this since I still havent heard anything from them and it doesnt look like I will beofre August. Good luck everyone!

I suppose when I am "allowed" to call back next week, I'll request another RFE be sent to me and THIS time, I'll be certain to send it Ultra-Signature-Confirmation-Super-Rush-Delivery-RFE REPLY STAMPED-Postage.......

Maybe then, it will get where it needs to go. Give me a break
