I know these questions have been asked many times,

but just as a final reassurance:

1) My fiance is only filing for AOS and EAD, not AP, so the total fee still remains $1010.00 made out to the Department of Homeland Security?

2) My fiance's K-1 Medical is still valid until the end of February, but at the time of his K-1 Medical, he did not have his vaccinations done, he had his vaccinations completed in Pakistan a month ago. So we are taking his vaccination record and K-1 Medical to a CS to be transcribed onto the I-693. Does the CS only transcribe the vaccinations onto the I-693? Or does she transcribe the K-1 medical and the vaccinations onto the I-693 so my fiance only has to submit the sealed I-693?

3) Are there any fee or filing changes I need to be aware of for the year 2010? I know that there are updated forms on the USCIS.gov website, which we used for AOS and EAD filing, but other than this are there any other significant changes we need to be aware of?

Thanks in advance for everyone's help! :)

1) HUSBAND (I hope no longer fiance)... 1,010 fee is for the I-485... I-765, I-131 are fee waived with the I-485

2) HUSBAND need only have the CS transcribe the vaccinations... a copy of the medical should already be in his file turned in at the POE

3) Fee adjustments are possible in 2010 but none are effective yet

YMMV

Thanks for your help!

I heard my husband refer to me as his girlfriend the other day. At least you called him your fiance.

Regarding the recently announced potential fee increases, here are the details:

http://www.regulations.gov/search/Regs/hom...900006480a6a10b

That doesn't talk about AOS/EAD/AP, though. I searched and didn't find any proposed rules (at that site) for changing the AOS fees.
