Thansk again for all the answers. :) Marky is my husband, not my fiance, and we are on a CR! not DCF process. The DS230 was sent to the consulate by the NVC, will he need to send it to them again? I already sent him my divorce decree, I will send the AOS along with some pictures and printouts of phone records this week.

For the K-1 visa, the Affidavit of Support is the I-134.

For AOS, the Affidavit of Support is the I-864.

 And the Affadavit of Support is the I-134, NOT the I-864, right?

I know that you're not doing DCF, but I had read that the process, after NVC phase, is relatively similar. But I realize that the NVC processes both the DS-230 and the I-864. Since the NVC has already received the DS-230, then I presume your husband wouldn't need to fill it out again.

Sorry for the misinformation.

Some consulates require the I-864 for the K1, so it's not a given....

Everything I've read about Frankfurt stated the req at the I-134, so I was just confirming...

Thanks!!

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

It is defineltey the I-134 and I did not have a OF-169 form and we did just fine. That is an optional form. This is your decision to include this form. I included my w2s, the letter form my bank and some pay stubs!! Also for further reference ( this is not even related to the question) make sure you have a copy of your DS-3025 form from the doctor that did your medical! You will need this for your vaccine supplement when you come to the US for AOS. My husband had it faxed to him and he had it within minutes! Its easier to have it before you leave the country.

Dina,

You should not have to re-submit any form that you already submitted. Also if you download the newest version of the I-864 form you no longer need them to be notarized! That's convenient!!
