I-797C NOA Welcome letter? Is this about the GC??

I just checked my mail and we got a letter from the USCIS containing an I-797C Notice of Action. It says Notice Type: Welcome Notice. It also says that we should be receiving further correspondence from them in 30 days. If not, they tell us to contact them and use the A-number given on the NOA to inquire. It says that the receipt date of our packet from POE is December 22 2009 and the same under Notice date. Does this mean we will be getting our GC 30 days from the 22nd now? Rather than the actual POE? Is this letter about the GC?

Yes, that is about GC, you should be getting your GC soon mailed to you.

What does the resident since date on your green card say? Is it the same date as your POE?
