n-400 FORM

I'm mailing my application next week using N-400 form that says "expires on 12/31/09".

Will it still be okay?

If that is the form currently on the USCIS web site when you send it yes. If it isn't then personally I would use whatever is the current one on their site to be safe. Probably would not make any difference but why give yourself something else to worry about.

I think u have to wait and see if they update the form by time when u r planing to file, if not use the current one .

Me too i'm planing to file mine this month and i'm waiting to see if they will update it.
