Empoyment Letter

Hi,

My son got his letter of employment and all the supporting information and sent it off to his fiancee. He did this due to the fact I am following this site and I am up-to-date on what needs to be done next. Mind you it takes some time for his fiancee to get a package, so I told him to get this and this and this ready and send her a package and he did as I asked. Two days after he sent the package off the attorney sent him an email and told him to get the same things I told him, but said to do it after he gets his tax info for 2010 and to include the employment letter for 2010. He has no problem to do it agian, but does he really need to? I am not trying to undermine the attorney that I paid for, but after I found this site I realized we could've done this all on our own.

Any response or advice will be greatly appreciated.

The pay stubs will want to be dated closer to the interview (Feb 21 on your signature timeline). Given the current state of the economy having an employer letter dated closer to the interview may be preferred as well.

I am not sure about the UAE embassy, but some do like to have the most recent year's tax return/transcript.
