So my job in Canada remains and I would like to go back there for a few months to earn about 4000 a month plus..........We need the money... a lot. If I take a month to month apartment up in BC....what do I give as my permanent residence....USA one or CDN one?Do I tell them its for a few months? Anyone see any problems with me being allowed back down in the USA? I am on a CR1 visa activated last October...

Thanks for the advice.Much appreciated.

Best,

Kev

Kev,

You give as your permanent residence the address that you consider to be your permanent residence.

Tell who? When? Why?

actually, you'd probably have more difficulty with US immigration going back and forth all the time. They may at some point question your intent to permantly take residence in the US. They can, and have, revoked green cards.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!
