Ok so here we go again my two years are over and I need to file Removal of Conditions.

I still have about 2 weeks time to mail my stuff of.

I just filled in the form an noticed that the I-751 expired in October of this year. I looked on the USCIS site and it states under forms 08/25/08. Prior revisions are not accepted

So I am guessing this form that out of date is fine right?

Just wanted to double check on that.

So I decided to write a money order for the USCIS. The total including Biometrics would be $545.00.

And I send my package including money order to USCIS California Service Center P.O. Box 10751 Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1075 (I live in Missouri). Has anything changed there or is that correct?

Thanks a bunch!

Just want to make sure I am doing everything correctly :)

Hi DakotaK1.

Yes, using the latest form which is now expired is not an issue - they are still accepting it (I think it says expires 10/31/09)

The address you mailed your package to is correct, California Service Center.

Let us know when you drop the package in the mail so you/we can start adding your information in the filer's threads.

Good luck on your journey.

I will do :)

Thank you so much

Good luck DakotaK1! You'll be one of the first January filers. You're lucky to be removing conditions through CSC - it seems they process less I-751s and people are approved much quicker through there than VSC.
