My husband and I are separating. He's been in the US for about 1 1/2 years now but got his AOS a year ago. Does anyone have info on what will happen when he goes to apply for Removal? I don't want him to go back or anything and I want to help as much as I can so he can stay. We just need to be prepared for whatever happens. Thanks!

He will have to prove that the marriage was entered in good faith.

If he can't prove that - then he will be denied the removal of conditions and sent home.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
