but did call to uscis ; uscis did say about consulator dont accept your spouse then will send you letter soon and will say why denied . but i really love my spouse so much and i need them for life what i will do i am worry so much

If that is complete and there's no mention of 221g or a recommendation to revoke then the few weeks may well be correct. Are you sure you gave the complete wording? No 221g or revoke mentioned anywhere?

have received a paper from the consulate. . He did 4 cross tile but an empty square with a cross that crosses said what i said to you

Sure. USCIS will do whatever they need to do and then decide whether to send the case back to the Consulate.
