Helloo Everyone,

My lawyer dropped off our RFE (Evidence of relationship for I 130) at the sacramento office ( instead of mailing it to them.) so basically we dont have any proof that we sent RFE back before the given time period unless they send us something saying that. I am extremly worried about it. I have been trying to call the National service center # since yesterday, i got a hold of a person yesterday and they told me since my case is in Sacramento office, i need to call them and did not tell me how to get their Phone #.

So if anybody knows how to get a hold of Sacramento office like their phone # or email, please let me know. Or should i just go there tomorrow and talk to them in person?. If you guys can help me with this i ill really appreciate it.

thanks again.

thanks aussie for replying.

But we have not filed for AOS yet just the I 130 petition (I was on F1 but dropped out of school after a year of our marriage, and did not file for AOS, i dont know why and now im under removal proceedings) .

Our lawyer told us to just file I 130. which they transfer to local office and asked us submit evidence which we did like a month ago. But have not heard anything back from them since.

We also filed request for Re Instatement (I 539) as F1 just so we dont have to go through the court and plus i started going back to school again. Now we recieved a letter asking for some stuff for that. Somebody told me that if they approved I 539 then they wont approve I 130 which obviously we dont wanna do that. So it's all messed up and we dont know what to do. All confused.
