Visa Fee BEFORE interview....$355 + $45?

Perhaps it's an obvious one...perhaps not, but I'm a little confused with the visa fee 'pre-interview' to the National Visa Center. From everything I had previously read the only fee you pay the NVC was for the Affidavit of Support during the AOS. Also it lists on here the 107 euros as well.. can someone that has gone through the US Embassy in Paris give me the low down on what fees needed to be paid when. I'm just a little confused!

If this is for a K-1 application, there are 2 kinds of fees. One is for the visa and one is for the medical exam. None of these are payable to the NVC.

For the visa -- I checked my fiance's packet 4 information, you have to get 91.70 euros mandat compte from the French post office payable to the U.S. Embassy Account: 2006L.

For the medical exam - it is 170 euros.

All these fees will be outlined in packet 4 which will be sent to the French fiance once the packet 3 requirement is fulfilled.
